5. LDCT-21-07/Ordinance 22-03 – County Initiated Land Development Code Text Amendment/ Section 545 – Housing Program (Affordable Housing) - Legislative - Bill O'Shea, Principal Planner Amendments to update the incentives for affordable housing; amending Chapter 5, Housing Program, specifically Sections 545.1 and 545.2 to change the Housing/Rapid Response Team/Fast Track Incentive Affordable Housing Percentage requirement from 10% TO 25%, to change the fee reimbursement incentive to a fee deferral incentive, to clarify the density bonus incentive and Table 5-6; Housing Density Bonus, to add specific compatibility standards, and to add bulk and dimensional standards, and Table 5-7: Schedule of Bulk and Dimensional Standards for Specific Single-Family Residential Districts.

LDCT-21-08/Ordinance 22-06 – County Initiated Land Development Code Text Amendment to delete all references to the North Central Overlay (NCO) DIistrict - Legislative - Lisa Wenzel, Comprehensive Planning Section Manager Amending the Land Development Code Chapter 2, Definitions, Section 200, Definitions; Chapter 4, Section 403, Overlays; Section 403.12, North Central Overlay (NCO) District; and Chapter 6, Section 605.1, Sign Standards; Section 610. North Central Overlay District Signs; to delete all reference to and standards of the North Central Overlay (NCO) District from the Land Development Code.

7. LDCT-21-08/Ordinance 22-19 – County Initiated Zoning Map Amendment to delete the North Central Overlay (NCO) District from the Official Zoning Atlas - Legislative - Lisa Wenzel, Comprehensive Planning Section Manager Removal of the North Central Overlay (NCO) District from the Official Zoning Atlas, approximately 72,183 acres generally located in Parrish, extending north from the Manatee River to the Manatee-Hillsborough County line, and extending east, generally from Erie Road to one-mile east of Saffold Road (Manatee County).
