A rezone of approximately 3.3 acres located on the southern portion of a ±23.4-acre site (where ±20.1 acres are currently zoned PDR (Planned Development - Residential) from A-1/WP-E/ST (Agricultural Suburban/ Evers Reservoir Watershed Protection / Special Treatment Overlay Districts) to PDR Zoning District, retaining the Overlay Districts, generally located on the east side of Lockwood Ridge Road, approximately 600 feet south of the intersection with Whitfield Avenue, and commonly known as 7225 Lockwood Ridge Rd, Sarasota; approving a General Development Plan for the total ±23.4 acre site allowing up to 256 multifamily units with at least twenty five percent (25%) of those units designated as affordable housing; subject to a proposed Land Use Restriction Agreement (LURA).
