11. PDMU-24-13(Z)(G) – Innovation Business Park At Seaport Manatee – Jones Potato Farm (Owner) – PLN2403-0110, Quasi-Judicial, Camden Jenkins, Planner I - District 1
A rezone of approximately 43.81 acres generally located northeast of the intersection of Buckeye Road and Oneil Road, approximately 4,000 feet west of Grass Farm Road, and commonly known as 4806 Buckeye Road, Palmetto (Manatee County) from A/FIG/MD (General Agriculture / Florida International Gateway / Manufacturing Development Overlay Districts) to the PDMU (Planned Development – Mixed Use), retaining the Overlay Districts; approving a General Development Plan including two development options: 1) 180 multifamily units with at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the units designated as Affordable Housing pursuant to a Land Use Restriction Agreement (LURA) and 745,202 square feet of non-residential uses, and 2) 1,431,272 square feet of non-residential uses.

A rezone of an approximately 29.20-acre site, containing four (4) parcels, from A-1/AI/WPE/ST (Agricultural Suburban / Airport Impact – Height / Watershed Protection – Evers Reservoir / Special Treatment) to the PDR (Planned Development Residential) Zoning District, retaining the overlay districts, generally located two hundred fifty (250) feet south of the southeast corner of Whitfield Avenue and Prospect Road and commonly known as 7001, 7021, 7061, and 7063 Prospect Road, Sarasota (Manatee County); and approving a Preliminary Site Plan allowing for one hundred seventy five (175) multifamily units.
